By using Feedport, you agree to these terms. We keep this simple and straightforward. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Feedport is a feedback collection widget. You add it to your website, users submit feedback (text, screenshots, videos), and you see it in a dashboard. That's it.
To use Feedport, you need to:
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Free plan:
Pro plan ($3.99/month):
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until they cancel or until we provide notice.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to their terms of service.
Billing cycle: Your subscription renews monthly on the same day you signed up.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Failed payments: If your payment fails, we'll retry a few times. If it continues to fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Contact us at support@feedport.app.
Taxes: Prices don't include sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
Free plan limits: If you exceed your monthly limits, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or wait until the next month. Limits reset on the same day each month you created your account.
Data retention: On the Free plan, feedback older than 7 days is automatically deleted. On Pro, we keep your data indefinitely while your subscription is active.
Fair use: Even on Pro (unlimited), please use the service reasonably. Excessive automated requests or abuse may result in account suspension.
If you do any of these, we'll suspend or delete your account without refund.
You own your data. The feedback submitted to your projects belongs to you. We just store and display it.
You're responsible for:
If someone complains about your use of Feedport, that's between you and them. We may remove content if required by law.
We try to keep Feedport running 24/7, but we're a small service run by an indie developer. Sometimes things break.

We're not liable for any damages if Feedport goes down or loses data.
Feedport is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll work perfectly or meet your specific needs.

If we are liable for something, the maximum amount is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).
You can: Cancel your subscription anytime (you keep Pro access until period ends). Delete your account anytime (your data will be removed within 30 days).
We can: Suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or we have to for legal reasons. We'll try to give you notice first, but we're not required to.
After cancellation: Your account will be downgraded to Free. You can still access your dashboard. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the changes. If you don't agree, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws where Feedport is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
